…and healed them that had need of healing

(LUKE 9:11)

Reader, it says here that the Lord Jesus Christ healed them that had need of healing. God Holy Spirit shows us here that all who feel this need to be saved by Christ, come to Him and He saves them.

I don’t know about the reader, but I know about the writer—I need to be healed, every day, every hour and every moment of my life. The Lord Jesus Christ is the Saviour of those who need to be saved!

“This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief” (1 TIMOTHY 1:15).

My friend, the Lord Jesus did not come into the world to try and save everyone, He did not come into the world to try and save sinners, rather Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Are you a sinner? True sinners are those who confess their need to be saved [ACTS 8:3].
