Beloved believing sinner “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners!” Before our precious Savior was born as a man, yes, even from eternity, God purposed Him “into the world to save sinners” (1 TIMOTHY 1:15) [Read—2 TIMOTHY 1:9].

Our Lord declared “The Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost” (LUKE 19:10). What a comforting truth for a sinner like me and a sinner like you, to have God’s grace make known to us, that His Son really and truly saves sinners to the uttermost! That the Lord Jesus Christ is “the author and finisher of our faith,” indeed of our salvation. The Captain of our salvation, the finisher of our Salvation is perfectly suited to those who cannot save themselves.

This blessed assurance of salvation is to those who are ever made to see that their salvation comes not from anything they’ve done, do, or ever will do, but comes to those who are made to see their salvation is from Him who “is able to save…to the uttermost.”

Beloved, HE IS ABLE TO SAVE TO THE UTTERMOST those who believe on Him—those that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for His people! Praise the Lord for full salvation! Our Lord saves to the uttermost those who come unto God by His blood and righteousness. AMEN!
