And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

REVELATIONS 21:6

Our Lord was born King, because He has everlastingly been King. Men don’t make Him King, HE IS KING — and now in the flesh of our flesh and bone of our bone is now set, and reigns forever as the God man, on the throne of God. (MATTHEW 2:2, REVELATION 3:21)

Beloved, not by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. (HEBREWS 9:12, MATTHEW 25:31)

We will hear in the new heaven and the new earth, from our Lord Jesus Christ, the One who sits upon the throne of God, “It is done!”

He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end — indeed the Almighty God. Beloved, He is the beginning and the end of our salvation. He is the author and finisher of our faith, that faith of those who thirst of the fountain of the water of eternal life, which He freely gives! (ISAIAH 9:6, REVELATION 1:8)

“Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.” (ISAIAH 55:1)

Beloved believing sinner, everything that you need to be saved, he has done it, “being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him” and being reconciled to God by His death, “much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life!” (ROMANS 5:8-10) Through the doing and dying of the Lord Jesus Christ, the salvation of His beloved people is D-O-N-E — done! (REVELATION 21:6)
